We welcome all media representatives as our guests and partners to portray the exciting events and the cheerful atmosphere of WOC 2006 to a broad public around the globe.

The WOC 2006 Media Centre and also the WOC 2006 Event Centre are located at Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel, in the city centre of Aarhus. Full media services and facilities will be available. The main media conferences will be held there.

Extended media facilities will also be available in the arenas for the Long Distance Final, Middle Distance Final and Relay.

Reduced media facilities will be offered in the arenas of the Long Distance Qualification, Middle Distance Qualification, Sprint Qualification and Sprint Final.

Accomodation

As adequate accommodation we recommend Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel, where we can offer attractive special WOC 2006 rates as long as there are rooms available, but only if the accommodation is booked through the WOC organizers. If SAS Radisson becomes fully booked there will be available rooms at another high quality hotel 5 minutes walk from the Event & Press Centre.

Entry

Entry applications from media representatives (form E2) must reach the WOC 2006 office no later than July 15, 2006. The requested reservations will only be confirmed if the applicable payment has been received by July 20, 2006. Please fill out the electronic version and submit it by e-mail when possible.
